Ordinary Magic offers radical Well Womb Care, in Altadena, California. It is a space where women, folks with internal sexual anatomy, and trans women can receive in-person or online holistic pelvic care that considers all of you, the physical, spiritual, emotional and energetic, the life you’re living now and the life you’ve lived.

The work is hands-on, collaborative and based on consent. We explore fascia, scars, stored trauma, move lymph, work on the abdomen and viscera, and intra-vaginally. It is great for prolapses, vaginismus, incontinence, fertility, PCOS, vulvodynia, a tilted uterus, painful sex, sexual boundary ruptures, postpartum care and much more.

Have you been told that a pelvic floor issue you are suffering with is normal, that you just need to live with it or get surgery?

These issues are common, but not “normal”. These are imbalances in the pelvic diaphragm. We are told it is because of age or birthing our babies, playing sports, surgeries, dancing, scars… and we often accept that as true, but these issues are not unfixable or hopeless. We have the ability to shift and to heal.

Has it felt difficult to find the help you need to heal?

I’m here to support all women, and trans/nonbinary/GNC with internal sexual anatomy or new vaginas, in all their diversity and perfection to find connection to their womb or pelvic space, and with that their power. To invite in the journey of repairing trauma and physical challenges in their pelvic bowl, and to have a healthy, loving and pleasurable relationship with all of themselves. It is a missing piece in our collective healing.

I came to Leigh in chronic pain with little answers from western doctors. In one visit Leigh intuitively located a pinched nerve in my pelvic floor. She released it and I walked out of her studio pain free for the first time in three years. Leigh is the real deal and I'm forever so grateful to have found her. I return regularly to calm my nervous system and to come back to my root chakra, my womb and my creativity and power.
