Couples Sacred Intimacy Work
Pleasure, voice and choice, emotional resilience, and softening is necessary to give our sensual and sexual relationships and partnerships space to grow, shift, heal, and thrive. This offering is for couples ready to explore ways in which they can expand intimacy; spiritual, emotional and physical, and pleasure and connection. It is a journey, a remembering, and an awakening. It is meeting the deepest parts of yourselves together in a safe and held space. It is a reawakening to the love you are through intimate touch. We will explore the nervous system and how it relates to sexuality, pleasure anatomy, and the Wheel of Consent. We may do constellation work with the practice of Personal Geometry. We might practice one-way touch, sound, breath, and movement. We will practice feeling and hearing the others sacred no and full heart yes. Together, in a safe and sacred space, with clear boundaries and embodied consent, being truly heard, you will explore the many ways one can touch and be touched, and what that can heal in you when your voice, needs, and desires are fully heard, seen, and met.
First sessions are 2 to 3 hours – we will decide together on length of session beforehand
Cost $200 an hour, first session $400 to $600
